Bajra & sprout pancake
1 cup bajra flour
1 cup besan
1 cup sprouted mung
1 table spoon chopped chilly
1 tea spoon chopped ginger
1/2 cup chopped green onion & garlic (optional)
1/2 cup coriander
1/2 tea spoon hing
salt to taste
oil to cook
Crush sprouted mung in chilly cutter.
Mix bajra flour and besan in a bowl .
Add water and make better of pancake consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Heat non stick griddle and grease it with smear of oil.
Take 1/4 cup of batter and spread it on the hot griddle, cook the pancakes until set and light brown on one side, flip with spatula and similarly cook all the pans.
Serve hot with green chutney.
