I do not want to hurt people's sentiments. But I just want to make another attempt to say,

SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH

I wish the effort will not go in vain this time.

We all are well aware of the fact, but still, smokers, somehow, manage to ignore it. So if you are a smoker, just ask yourself, how long have you planned to fool yourself?

I congratulate all smokers for joining a group of over 1 billion smokers worldwide; likewise, I also congratulate them for joining a race to death.

According to a survey of 2014, cigarettes are smoked by over 1 billion people around the globe, which is nearly 20% of the world population. India is home to more than 12% of the world’s smokers and ranked among top 4 when compared “death by smoking”.

More than 01 million people die each year due to tobacco in India.

This means,

01 TOBACCO-RELATED DEATH EVERY 30 SECONDS

The Dangers and Bad Consequences of Smoking

Smoking causes damage to nearly every organ in the body and leads to many health hazards.

Data says that tobacco products contain around 4000 chemicals, including 43 cancer-causing agents. Most important and dangerous constituents are nicotine, carbon monoxide, and tar.

Light Smokers are also at Risk

Oh, please! Don’t tell that “I smoke occasionally”. The smoker logic of occasional smoking is not spared from its ability to damage the body. But a recent study declares that every cigarette counts and does the job of harming its users.
